Trying to find a recipe for tasty gluten free cookies can be a challenge, although its easier than it used to be. Thankfully gluten free products are becoming pretty easy to find, even when you’re trying to bake. There are countless new gluten and wheat-free flours that make baking easier. Our recipe today is a lot easier than baking from scratch.
