Yogalore training helps educators bring movement, sensory experiences, and intentional routines into everyday classroom life. We look at the whole classroom—including how an educator’s own regulation can shape children’s ability to settle, focus, connect, and participate.
Training and consulting can include:
Each engagement is shaped around your setting, goals, and the support your team needs.
Yogalore offers hands-on workshops for early childhood teams who want to bring movement, sensory exploration, storytelling, and regulation into the natural rhythm of the day.
Created by preschool educator Jen Anderson, the Yogalore framework grew from real classroom experience. Participants experience the approach for themselves, then explore practical ways to adapt it to their own classrooms and programs.
A workshop can include:
Experiencing a Yogalore session as a participant
Movement, music, storytelling, sensory exploration, and relaxation
Time to connect the activities to classroom routines and transitions
A Yogalore digital library and Yogidough kit
Workshops are currently offered as non-credit professional development. ECE-TRIS hours are not available at this time.
